In general, if you work in the customer call center field basically never hang up on a person. Just know we have been on hold for at least 40 minutes, we had to get through the hell that is the phone tree and you gave us the incredible joy of hearing the voice of a real live person the least you can do is talk to us. DON'T HANG UP ON ME!!!
