Deciding to be independent an hour or so after taking my last Hydrocodone pill for my sinus surgery I nuked my Netti water, put on the cap on and promptly water boarded myself.
Let me make this clear... do NOT Netti without adding the solution, it burns like a mother fucker, especially if you just had sinus surgery.
If you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, just go ahead and ask for a Netti buddy to help you out.
